New House Construction

In the past our efforts to build have fallen somewhat short but by raising the needed funds we will position ourselves for the future. 

Money raised from our Reunion Party and other fund raising will give us options to assist our recolonized Beta Upsilon chapter and potentially build a house to meet the needs at that time.  We currently have a deposit for a land lease in the new Greek Village.  

If we do not raise enough money to build right away, we may take advantage of other methods to secure our future home such as buying an existing home or securing vacant land that can be developed in the future. At this point, we need to keep all options on the table and use the website to be able to show future KS pledges what our house may look like. Though we would not have a current house, we believe this sets us apart from some of the other fraternities that do not yet have building plans or active alumni groups.
