ABOUT US

The Beta-Upsilon chapter of Kappa Sigma was founded at NC State University on February 23, 1903. Since then, almost 1300 men have been initiated in the chapter. Unfortunately we lost the charter. The good news is that we are allowed to recolonize beginning in the fall of 2024.

In anticipation of the recolonization, we are reaching out to alumni and friends to reconnect with one another as well as plan for the future of the chapter. We hope to build a strong and active alumni group to support Kappa Sigma at NC State.
